Or SUUUUUEEEEE!!!!!! Oh, my neck hurts!! Oh, the pain!! Might make 'em sweat a little when they hear that what with them already knowing what they're saying sounds ridiculous. I personally think all insurance companies have a "settlement policy" that dictates the #1 offer (the one that is their "feeler" offer), then the #2 offer (the one that is their "this guys sees through all my BS" offer). Hold out for #2.....ALWAYS!!! Otherwise, there's the #3 offer (the one that is their "this guy just got a lawyer" offer). Insurance companies are sleezy, they will do anything to get the upper hand on you, and that means spy, not pay or just walk away all together. Lawyer fees cost too much for you to spend. You put your money into their hand , and they won' t help you out at your dire needs. Sometimes it just better to walk away from the hassel and conflict they put on you. But I know you can't do that. That's eeeeeeerily familiar. Several years ago my boat was parked in my driveway and was hit by an under aged drunk driver... both of us had state farm and I spend the next 10 months arguing and fighting with them. Never got it resolved. Had most of the boat fixed and the motor was rebuilt from junkyard parts. I still have it but I'm still pizzed about it.

“My wife is not doing too well,” he said. “She broke her foot and spent five months in a wheelchair. And she has fibromyalgia, which doesn’t ever get better. I probably did more grocery shopping this year than I did in the whole rest of my life combined. I know where everything’s at Wal-Mart.”
He added that the travel demands imposed even by an eight-tournament Elite Series schedule are daunting as well. He said that the drive from North Carolina to California, where the season begins, takes four straight days of 15 hours behind the wheel. He’s asked a close friend to take his boat out, and he’ll pay to fly the friend back, but even with that under control he doesn’t enjoy the all of the seat time en route to the tournaments.
One factor that was not a consideration in his decision was his fishing ability. While Eaker hasn’t finished higher than 81st in the Angler of the Year race since 2005, he says he can still be competitive.
